Taxable provides tools and services to:

Prepare and file tax returns (PIT, CIT, VAT)

• Generate filing documents
• Submit filings on behalf of users (where applicable)
• Provide tax calculations and guidance

You agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are responsible for reviewing your filings before submission

Taxable is not liable for:

• Errors due to incorrect user input
• Government delays or system issues (e.g. FIRS)
• Penalties arising from inaccurate information

• Filing packs may be generated or submitted on your behalf depending on the service selected
• Submission timelines are subject to external government systems

• All payments are for services rendered on the platform
• Refunds may be considered within 7 days of payment, provided:
• Work has not been fully completed or submitted
• No refunds after filing has been successfully submitted

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Taxable reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations

Taxable shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from third-party systems or delays

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
